Azelf: God of Willpower

This was my second time drawing Azelf but I had no reference this time. Geez I'm tired -__-;;;; Well, I'm no explaining mood, I just decided to put this up right now cuz I finished. Now I need to work on that Dialga pic with the Starly and Staraptor.
