Good Job. (I need to find my Johto book so I can draw these guys again. I only have my Kanto one.) This pic looks great. The detail is good and I love the bakground.

It's so happy looking, but then again, Bayleef was always a "happy" sort of Pokemon to me. Go figure. The shading (and the whole thing in general) is really nifty.
